Holiday Treasures Lovely as a Tree

AAAHHHH! I am running out of time and still short on Christmas cards!!! This card is for this weeks sketch challenge 205 on Splitcoast Stampers. I stamped the tree with Chocolate Chip ink and then added color using a Qtip Dauber and Old Olive Classic Ink Pad. Add the tab punch and some Linen Thread and I have a quick easy card!

This card came in handy for a friends birthday. I used Lovely as a Tree from Stampin' Up. One of my long time favorites for this time of season.

Wintery Lovely As A Tree

This is a real quick card using the Faux Dry Embossing Technique. It makes the trees look like they are lightly kissed with snow. First you stamp the tree image with the white craft ink and then stamp over it slightly off using the Stamp-a-ma-jig.

Stamp Sets used: Lovely As A Tree SU, Sincere Salutations SU
Paper: Not Quite Navy SU, Whisper White SU
INK: Not Quite Navy SU, Craft White
Accessories: Eyelets, Stamp-A-Ma-Jig
